Our initiative to convert algae into bio-crude and biochemicals aims to establish an environmentally friendly platform utilizing natural resources like sunlight, seawater, carbon dioxide, and cost-effective nutrients (nitrogen and phosphorus). The goal is to generate abundant biomass that can be processed into bio crude and biochemicals. Research on algae encompasses various disciplines including physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, genomics, and the development of process technologies for cultivation, harvesting, water management, and biomass conversion.
ABG Global has made significant advancements in enhancing photosynthesis efficiency and creating state-of-the-art genetic engineering capabilities. Additionally, we have developed proprietary catalytic hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) technology for converting wet biomass into biofuel while also recovering water and nutrients. These achievements position ABG Global to explore new business avenues in synthetic biology, including next-generation agriculture, nutritional food and feed, genomics, and healthcare.
