Ashok Janardhan Argade was born on the 10th of September, 1983, in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. His education began in Ahmednagar in 1988, where he completed his SSC with a score of 89% in 1998. He then joined the Industrial Training Institute in Aurangabad, where he completed a Pattern Maker Course in March 2000. He started his internship in 2000 at Crompton Greaves Ltd. and completed it in May 2001. Subsequently, he initiated a Mini Pattern shop at C-75 MIDC Waluj Industrial Area, covering only 100 sqft with an initial investment of Rs. 1500. Later, he joined a multinational company as a vendor and developed 450 prototypes for various MNCs.
Afterward, he ventured into the agriculture sector, focusing on tractor development and tractor attachments. By this year, he and his family owned 10 property units, 4 private limited companies, and 1 public limited company. In 2024, he established the Adiyogi Foundation in Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, with a mission to provide services for agricultural solutions for sustainable farming. His plans include rural area development, upscaling the farming sector, and transforming the lifestyle of owners and workers. He also intends to establish export and food processing units and arrange multiple products for the farming sector. Additionally, he runs an upscale high-tech course for the sons of new farmers, facilitating direct placements in 7000 corporate companies. He plans to plant 1 crore trees within 3 years through the Adiyogi Foundation
